Our photo packages include a wide variety of specialty products including 3" diameter photo buttons, magnets & keychains; photo mugs; trading cards and magazine covers; and walnut plaques, as well as a full range of print sizes and money-saving packages. We also have two unique options for team photos that include player names & uniform numbers: details that come in handy in about 20 years when you wonder who all these kids were!

Because we do all our own printing and product assembly (including photo mugs), you can expect to get your job back in record time: one-day turn-around is not unheard of in rare situations, but about a week is common. To make life easier for the Coach or Team Mom, all the orders are individually packaged so they can be handed out without any fuss or bother!

KIDPIX EXTRAS
Here are a few of the extra items that are included with your KidPix order:
Coach Print -- Say "Thanks!" to those who work with the kids! Each coach in the team photo will get a special 7"x5" team print with custom graphics.
Press Photo -- Let the world know! Each team will get a team photo for reprinting by your local newspaper and a press release form for the Sports Editor. Just fill in the names and send it in.
Yearbook Print -- Don't forget the School Yearbook. If you need a team photo for the school yearbook just let us know. No charge!

HOW IT WORKS
1. Schedule the Photos -- Call or email to schedule your photos. The phone number for scheduling is 540-862-3559.
If you schedule a photo shoot by email, click on the CONTACT ME link above. Be sure to provide the date you want (an alternate would also be good) and the time of the shoot, the size and type of group, a contact name and phone number.

2. Distribute the Order Forms. -- The order forms include package and pricing information and have an envelope attached to hold the payment. Pass these out several days ahead of the shoot date so each family has a chance to decide on the package that best suits their needs. Team members will return the order envelopes with PAYMENT ENCLOSED on the day of the shoot.

If someone forgets their envelope or their payment it's not the end of the world. We'll still take their picture and worry about the details later.

3. Photo Day -- Relax! For planning purposes, consider about 2 minutes per player for organizing and shooting a team. It's a little longer for cheerleaders and the very young teams (hair & make-up for the former; giggles & attention span for the latter). If all envelopes are filled out and collected ahead of time, you can be sure we'll make your schedule.

4. Delivery -- All orders are individually packaged and each team is separately boxed. This special packaging makes it easy for Coaches or Team Moms to distribute the orders. Your photos will be ready in about a week. Shorter deadlines are possible, however, waiting to schedule until the end of the season probably means 10-14 days.
